Here, in Tappers, located in Dataran Pahlawan, they're offering you an aglio olio spaghetti...at a reasonable price...but honestly, I can only gave them a 5 out of 10 points because the pasta was not enough spices but the prawns were so delicious!
The restaurant's surroundings are great and peaceful too.
ONE TIP for enjoying a good food with a very reasonable bill in such a fancy restaurant :-
