Indeed, I'm a law student in UiTM and currently waiting for my part 7 final exam's results. Super nervous!
So, we have to do our mooting class in our Semester 7 and it was such a great experience to be an amateur mooter.
Lets see...we have a great team playing for respondents in a digital-rape case. It was tough yet we are doing our best to successfully convicted the appellant.
Somehow, the appellant was released and we hope that our Section 375 of the Penal Code will be amended to a wider scope of rape definition.
Moot class was awesome and very exciting since we were able to speak up in the court, persuade the court to agree with our stand, and most of all, the feeling of dressing up as lawyers! :p
