okay hari ni aku nak update sikit lah pasal life aku sejak dua menjak ni kan.. sebab aku sendiri sengaja delete post aku tahun-tahun lepas..bukan apa, ada orang nak pertikai pasal anak aku yang lelaki umur 2 tahun ni..taknak sangkut dengan someone yang aku pon takde nak suruh kau jadi 'bapa sanggup' dia ke apa..(memasing je perasan terlebih skang ni..).

orang yang takde kaitan dengan anak aku ni, berebut berduyun nak mengaku anak..tetiba yang terlebih perasan macam kita nak sangat sangkutkan anak kita ke dia ni, bertungkus-lumus nak menafikan.. (itu takpelah sebab dia pun taknak amek risiko)..

saya Sharifah Mastura binti Syed Mohd Shah, no kp: 881130-01-***6, nak sampaikan hasrat saya iaitu.. please avoid my daughter masuk hall perbicaraan. It is a serious issue and I want to avoid her from a traumatic event to be present in court just to choose her home..and school.. etc. It has been years since she left Melaka and started her school days in Kelantan. Therefore, please grant an official full hadhanah permission to her father Encik Muhammad Asrul bin Shahrai no. k/p: 881106-03-***9; without undergo for trial at court to asked for any validation for and/or from my only daughter. It is valid for her to stay there with her father as long as she wanted to.. for the reason of.. she has her own childhood friend now that she could count on in her hometown now..I know how it feels like to be separated from the only childhood friends that she has since kindergarten.. it must be so lonely to have a new one for every single 'nomad' kinda life.. if she is going to have a new place to adjust her life etc. (plus, it is between Yang Arif and me, she will be a burung Kakak Tua if this matter goes to trial for clarification. so please I hope both parties, do not waste my time and money to attend a meeting that has been conduct to favor on one sided party only. Please avoid my daughter from entering the courtroom (hall of hearing). This is a serious matter, and I wish to protect her from any potential emotional trauma that may arise from being present in court, especially for the purpose of choosing her home, school, or similar matters.
It has been several years since she left Melaka and began her schooling in Kelantan. Therefore, I kindly request that official full hadhanah (custody) be granted to her father, Encik Muhammad Asrul bin Shahrai, No. K/P: 881106-03-***9, without requiring a court trial or validation from or for my daughter.
It is in her best interest to remain with her father for as long as she wishes. She built her own circle of childhood friends and stability in her current hometown. I understand how painful it can be to lose one's only childhood friends and be forced to adjust repeatedly to new environments. I do not wish for her to experience that kind of loneliness.
Furthermore, I humbly state that this matter should remain strictly between Yang Arif and myself. Should this case proceed to trial merely for clarification, it would be unnecessarily burdensome and emotionally exhausting for the child. Therefore, I sincerely hope that both parties will not waste time and resources on any proceeding that only benefits one side.
